Follow rules of respective sections

• Names section
  • Consider a compound surname (last name) as a single word.
  • Apply the Stop Word List for Corporate names,
  • BUT DO NOT use the "=" before a Name/Title search involving a Corporate name.
• Titles portion
  • Omit initial articles
