PRISM - Derived Search Revising Search Keys & Revise Screen

Revise screen display

• If the Search Key search entry contains an error that the PRISM system can detect (eg. incorrect format, invalid operator, a Revise Screen will be automatically displayed.

Revise command

• You can also use the Revise command ( rvs ) and <f11> to modify a search when you get too many results or results that are not quite what you want.
  • This will bring up you original search statement which you can then modify.
  • If the results are still not quite what you want, you can revise it again.
