Format Functions

  • The Print/Capture screen enables you to:
    • Select the type of output
      • Usually you leave this on FORMATTED
      • Select FLAT ASCII if you want MARC output.
    • Select the print out view.
      • The choices are the same as the View Options page.
      • Choose ALL if you want MARC output.
    • Order of call numbers is just another "sort."
    • Sort by AUTHOR if you want a conventional sort.

Output Functions

  • The output functions are obvious.
  • E-mail
    • Be sure to enter the e-mail address first in the entry field to the left.
    • This may seem obvious, but some students in the past ....

Choose one of the following:

View marked results on the screen

Save to local file using File menu's "Save"

Print to attached/local printer using File menu's "Print"
