WebCat Search Interface: Search Buttons

Appearance

• NOTE: Remember, that this is just one set of button designs. There are other designs that can be chose by clicking on the Preferences button.

Functions

• 
  • This displays (takes you back to) the previous catalog page that you were last on.
• 
  • This displays the previous page in the TYPE of catalog pages that you are in.
  • For example, you could go backward in:
    • A list of records resulting from a search
    • A list of subject headings
• 
  • This displays the next page in the TYPE of catalog pages that you are in.
  • For example, you could go forward in:
    • A list of records resulting from a search
    • A list of subject headings
• 
  • This takes you to the Quick Search Web page, so that you may start a new search.
• 
  • This takes you to what is, currently, a very limited help Web page.
• 
  • This button only comes up in the results of a search.
  • It enables you to jump to a specific record number in the results of a search.
• 
  • This takes you to a Web page that allows you to change the graphics in:
  • Title (Navigation) Bar Buttons
  • Search Buttons
  • Table of Contents (Currently, not implemented.)
• 
  • This allows you to exit the program.
