Sending additional information with the E-mail containing the selected records:
If you want a topic to appear in the subject line of your E-mail, add topic [topic words] after the E-mail address. The topic can included up to 40 characters.
Example:
You can also include up to 10 lines of 75 letters each in the body of the mailed document by adding message at the end of your mail command. You will be prompted to enter your message. Press <return> with no typing to end the message.
Example:
You will be prompted to enter a message.
Before you send the E-mail:
You will be able to review your mail command and address before the E-mail is sent.If the command is not what you want or there is an error in the address, type no at the prompt to cancel the command, and issue a new command.
If you do not want to review the command, include send after the email address.
