Searching Dialog: Using the Limit All (lall) Command

Introduction

LimitAll (lall) is useful for reducing the number of records that are processed and retrieved for all subsequent s or ss searches until you cancel the Limit All command.

It is useful for both increasing precision and containing costs, the latter mostly by limiting the time involved in the execution of the search.
