Schedule Issues

We need to keep to this schedule in order to sufficiently cover all of the subjects.
Assignments overlap each other. There are several reasons for this, the most important being:
- Some students find one or another assignment easy and complete it before the deadline.
- There is a minimum amount of subjects that must be covered in the 12 weeks of this class.
- The concepts in some databases relate to others, and by overlapping you, hopefully, get to see and understand the similarities.

Outline for Each Class

I update my class Web pages/notes each year, and the updated ones are usually available online by 5pm on the afternoon before the class.
This will enable me to to fine tune my presentations up to the time I come to Foothill College.
You will be able to print out the Web pages at the terminals in the Library or the Media Center or any other computer that has a browser installed. I am not using Java or technologies that require special add-in software..
